PickingUpItemsNextToPortalsIn Ingress, if there's an item sitting right next to a portal it can be difficult to pick it up. If that happens, rotate the view until the item is directly underneath the portal (straight down). Then tap closer and closer to the portal working your way from the bottom of the screen up to the portal until you see the "Acquire" button pop up. As you get better at it you'll learn how close to the portal you need to start. |
